Shantou Mingfa Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Jinping Private High tech Park, Shantou City, with convenient transportation. 1. Hot forming machine (cup making machine)

Mainly suitable for the production of plastic products such as disposable water cups, milk tea cups, jelly cups, yogurt cups, packaging boxes, disposable plastic tableware, trays, etc., using vacuum forming technology to promote the formation of plastic sheets, becoming the "disposable water cups" and other plastic products in the hands of end consumers.

Representative models: such as the popular YCZC8045-220 hydraulic C-type push rod cup making machine, which is our company's latest product that has absorbed and digested advanced technologies from home and abroad in recent years, and has stood out through self-designed and researched experiments. 2. Sheet extruder
The human-machine interface of the sheet extrusion unit is equipped with a large touch screen, which is simple in interface and easy to operate. Suitable for the production of various plastic products (such as milk tea cups, packaging boxes, etc.), as well as high-end packaging for food and electronic products.
a. Applicable raw materials: mainly PP, PET, HIPS, PLA, ABS, PC, etc., do not make PVC foam sheet (flammable and dangerous goods)

Process flow: extruder → filtration (screen replacement) → molding extrusion (die head) → three roll calendering → cooling edge cutting → traction → coiling → inspection → storage
