The flap packaging machine is the most representative type among the vertical bag-making - filling - sealing packaging machines. The term "flap" also summarizes its most distinctive working process: The flat packaging film is pulled by the film pulling mechanism and passes through a forming device resembling an collar, being continuously rolled into a cylindrical shape, covering the central feeding tube. Subsequently, the film is sealed by the longitudinal sealing device at the overlapping edges, forming a continuous packaging bag tube. The material is filled into the bag through the filling tube, and then the bag mouth is sealed and the bag is cut by the transverse sealing cutting device, ultimately outputting the finished product. This curved surface design, compared to ordinary vertical packaging machines, aims to minimize stretching deformation of the film when it transitions from a flat to a cylindrical shape, which is the foundation for ensuring the beauty of the bag and the quality of the seal.
