The vertical nylon triangular bag packaging machine adopts the vertical bag forming principle. The entire machine can automatically complete the entire process from feeding, metering, bag making, sealing, cutting to finished product transportation. At the beginning of operation, the material is automatically supplied to the feeding port of the packaging machine through a large-capacity hopper; then, the high-precision electronic metering system precisely weighs the required amount of material according to the preset parameters; at the same time, the bag forming and shaping device stretches the selected packaging material (nylon, non-woven fabric, etc.) through the stretching mechanism and forms a bag of the predetermined shape; after the measured material is accurately filled into the bag, the inner bag is preliminarily sealed by ultrasonic longitudinal sealing; finally, the outer bag heat sealing cutter completes the final sealing and cutting to form an independent package.

Ultrasonic seamless sealing technology - This is the core technical advantage of the vertical nylon triangular bag packaging machine. The equipment achieves the heat sealing of packaging materials through high-frequency ultrasonic vibration. The ultrasonic seamless sealing is tight, hygienic, and safe.
