The vertical splint packaging machine enables the packaged items to enter the packaging process in an upright position and output them upright after the packaging is completed. This design not only eliminates the cumbersome steps of flipping and re-standing the materials in traditional packaging, significantly reducing the packaging cost, but also effectively reduces the equipment's floor space, improves the overall work efficiency, and makes the packaged products more attractive.
Its working principle is a highly automated continuous process. The workflow begins with the traction of the packaging film. The equipment uses film traction rollers to intermittently convey the rolled packaging film downward. During the film transportation process, it passes through a forming device, is folded and wrapped around the filling tube, and then is formed into a continuous cylindrical shape by a longitudinal heat sealing device. It can flexibly adapt to various discharging methods, such as powder, granules, liquids, etc. Meanwhile, the precise metering device of the discharging equipment precisely controls the amount of material and injects it into the initially formed bag cylinder through the filling tube.
Finally, the core "clamping" mechanism of the vertical laminating packaging machine comes into play. After the material is filled, the clamping mechanism will tightly hold the folded film and stop its downward transportation, allowing for the crucial heating and sealing process. This intermittent working mode ensures sufficient dwell time during the sealing process, making the seal more secure and reliable. After the sealing is completed, the traction roller wheel restarts, continuing to transport the sealed packaging bags downward, and the cross-sealing cutting integrated device cuts them off from the continuous film roll, forming individual finished packages. The entire bag-making, filling, sealing, and cutting process is seamless, achieving fully automated production.
